Studio Use

The space may only be used for approved purposes such as photo shoots, video productions, corporate meetings, workshops, events, or other professional activities. Subletting, illegal activities, or unauthorized modifications are prohibited.

Equipment Use

Booking & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed and paid in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees according to the cancellation policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in Calgary courts.
