3. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings must be made through our website or approved channels.
• A booking is confirmed only after payment or deposit is received (if applicable).
• You are responsible for providing accurate personal and booking information.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

4. Payments

• Payments may be required at the time of booking.
• All online payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
• We do not store full credit card information.
• Pricing is listed in CAD and may be updated at any time.
• Additional fees may apply for damage, overtime use, or extra services.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Studio Rentals

• More than 48 hours before the booking: Full refund
• 24–48 hours before the booking: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund

Classes & Programs

• Refunds or transfers may be permitted only if space allows and must be requested in writing.
• No refunds for missed classes.

6. Use of Facilities

• Use the space and equipment responsibly.
• Avoid illegal, unsafe, or disruptive activities.
• Follow all posted guidelines and staff instructions.
• Leave the space in clean and proper condition.

Damage caused by negligence may result in repair or replacement fees.

7. Equipment Use

Studio equipment is included unless otherwise stated. All equipment must be used safely and appropriately. Misuse, damage, or loss may result in charges based on repair or replacement cost. For full details, see our Equipment Rental Agreement.

8. User Conduct

• Do not engage in illegal or harmful activities.
• Do not upload harmful code or malicious content.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or booking details.
• Do not violate copyright laws.
• Do not interfere with website functionality or other users.

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

• You use our website, studio, equipment, and classes at your own risk.
• We are not responsible for injury, loss, theft, or damage to your property.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from misuse.

10. Insurance

We recommend renters carry production, liability, or equipment insurance. Some rentals may require proof of insurance.
