The studio may be used only for audio recording, music production, podcasting, voiceovers, and other professional content creation activities. Subletting, illegal use, or structural alterations are not permitted. Renters must follow all copyright and licensing laws.
Studio bookings operate on scheduled time blocks. Renters must begin and end their sessions on time. Any extra usage beyond the booking window may result in additional charges.
Podcast Studio rental fees are charged per session and must be paid in advance.
The studio is provided clean, functional, and ready for use. Renters must keep the space tidy, report any issues, and return it in good condition. Any damage caused through misuse may result in repair fees.
Studio equipment, including microphones, mixers, headphones, monitors, lighting, and other tools, is provided for renter use unless otherwise specified. Renters are responsible for the safety of their guests, personal belongings, and any content produced during their session. The studio is not liable for lost items, data, or recordings. Renters assume all risks associated with studio activities.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings if maintenance, safety issues, or policy violations occur.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Calgary, Alberta.
