Our Dance Studio offers a vibrant and fully equipped space for dancers of all levels. Renters can use the studio for practice, rehearsals, and private sessions, while we also provide structured dance classes and training programs. With spacious floors, mirrors, sound systems, and a supportive environment, the studio fosters creativity, skill development, and confidence. Ideal for individuals, groups, and workshops, our studio ensures every dancer has the tools and space to perfect their craft and enjoy a professional dance experience.

Studio Use

The dance studio is intended for dance practice, rehearsals, classes, workshops, and other approved activities. Subletting, unauthorized events, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

Equipment and Facilities

All studio equipment, including mirrors, sound systems, flooring, and props, must be used responsibly. Any damage caused by misuse may result in repair or replacement charges.

Safety and Conduct

Renters must follow safety guidelines at all times. Proper footwear and attire are required. The studio is not responsible for injuries sustained during use.

Liability

Renters are responsible for the safety of themselves, their guests, and any personal belongings. The studio is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Renters are encouraged to have personal or group insurance coverage.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be confirmed in advance. Cancellations must be submitted in writing:

  • More than 48 hours before the rental start: full refund.
  • 24–48 hours before the rental start: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before the rental start: no refund.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
