Studio Rental

Vega Studio rents the podcast studio located at 4216 Unit No.2, 10 Street NE, Calgary, AB, including recording equipment, furniture, and facilities.

The rental begins on the agreed start date and continues on a rolling basis until either party terminates with written notice (minimum 1 month by Renter, 2 months by Landlord).

Podcast Studio rental fees are charged per session and must be paid in advance.

• Rate: CAD 250 for 3 hours; each additional hour is CAD 50, payable in advance.
• Late payments over 10 days may incur 5% annual interest.
• Rates may be reviewed annually with one month’s written notice.

The studio is rented as-is. Renters must report any issues within 7 days and maintain cleanliness during use.

Renter covers utilities unless otherwise stated. Vega Studio maintains the structure, essential systems, and equipment (excluding misuse).

Use is limited to podcast recording and related professional work. Subletting, illegal use, or alterations are prohibited. Renters must follow copyright laws. For equipment-specific terms and conditions, please review our Equipment Rental Agreement.

-Renters are responsible for damages beyond normal wear.
-Vega Studio is not liable for personal property loss, theft, or recording damage.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• More than 48 hours before the rental start: full refund.
• 24–48 hours before the rental start: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before the rental start: no refund.

The Owner may cancel the rental immediately if terms are violated or equipment is misused.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Alberta, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
